Cube Smart customer service is outstanding. I rented my unit thru a virtual rep and she was exceptionally knowledgeable. She walked me through the contract and how to use the facility key pad. For this company to supply a lock this is A1 service. The facility and storage unit was very clean and in a safe location. Highly recommend
