Two months after I move in they raise my rent. Then two months after that they raise the rent again. Twice in four months. Then two months after move in I needed a second identical unit, they charged me $110.00 more than the first unit. No way to treat a "new" customer. They don't have a local phone number even though they have an onsite office. You have to call a call center located in another state and jump through hoops to finally reach a human being. Then they have the nerve to ask me for a "great" review to "help them out". Well here is your review. Not great but truthful. My response to their response: Vanessa. The solution is for you to stop preying upon your existing customers. Refund us the rent increases. Refund us the bogus "administrative" fees. There are several other comments out there about having their rent raised three times in one year. This is occurring at your other facilities around the country as well.
