I love this storage facility! Prompt service if you need assistance, clean, and easy to use. Love that you can sign up and get access to your unit immediately. Also better pricing than any of the other facilities in this area. Special thanks to Lee Ellen for assisting my move-out process!

I will be moving out shortly thank goodness, this place is awful. I repeatedly had to file complaints about hornet and wasps nests above my space that prevented me from accessing my space. I had to file multiple times and sometimes it took weeks to resolve, the most recent time 7 weeks(!). I have filed complaints and emailed and everything but have not received a response from the company at all regarding anything. Half the time I had a space there I was unable to use it, very unprofessional and not hearing back is frustrating and why I'm leaving. I will be looking into getting a refund and filing more complaints.
