Prime Storage

This company is shady. If you read your protection plan agreement, you are literally agreeing to pay for a protection plan that does not protect you from ANYTHING. It blatantly says it in black and white. I did not sign the lease agreement for the unit or the protection plan and called the same day and requested a refund and the woman hung up on me and they never answered again. My dad tried to call as well and left a voicemail and no one got back to him either. Its now Monday, I have left yet another voicemail and I cannot reach anyone. I want my money back or Ill be disputing with my bank for you to get a chargeback and I will be making a complaint on the BBB as well. Scammers, stay away!

Staff member is on site manager and he listens to what you want instead of trying to sell you space by square footage I think he knows whats its like to move stuff into one of these we all do it wrong at first Hes very friendly and helpful I broke my ankle and this man helped me where no one else would even look my way or would be quietly laughing as I was just suffering the hill to get a ride I will always recommend this place highly and unlike some of the others in town dont strike me as the rip off artist this place is prestigious and everyone Ive see there looks out for others peoples stuff as well if u dont belong there you will be told about and removed!! Btw KEVIN DESERVES TO BE THE HIGHEST PAID MEMBER OF THE PRIME TEAM!!! Great place to trust your stuff!!

I rented a unit online and then went in today to ask some questions/buy a lock and I was greeted with one of the nicest people Ive ever met in customer service. Kevin was so helpful, giving me the entire run down on Prime Storage, and ensuring I left with no confusion. He offered many helpful tips and overall made my experience so efficient. I can say today I left with a smile and definitely recommend Prime Storage to those who are not only looking for a great, clean storage unit, but for awesome, inviting workers like Kevin.

Kevin was extremely helpful and cool, not only that but he took the time to carefully explain everything for us, and made sure to get us in on a great deal. Left Prime Storage today with a new friend, shouts out Kevin.
