Kianna at Roberts & Co. Real Estate was fantastic! She not only helped my husband and I find our new home but was able to sell our old one! Kianna worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot think of a better real estate agent to work with. Real estate is an extremely fast-paced business with a lot of potential pitfalls, and the importance of your realtor cannot be overstated. You will not find a better real estate agent than Kianna Roberts. Ive now worked with her on both residential and commercial properties, and have only an abundance of positive things to say.
First of all, she is extremely fast and responsive. In multiple cases, she was able to set up a showing in a matter of minutes after we asked. She texted and called back quickly - always with answers - and followed up on every detail and document we needed to proceed. Never when working with her did I feel alone, behind, or confused. She truly listened to us and respected our budget and wishes, and never tried to push anything we didnt want or need, or couldnt afford. She really took our parameters and made everything we needed to happen happen within them.
Kianna is an extremely hard worker who will turn the process of buying or selling real estate from a stressor into an exciting and seamless process. You can tell she loves what she does by the enthusiasm she brings, and her experience in the industry is invaluable. She is respectful, knowledgable, compassionate, honest, realistic, and overall a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend Kianna Roberts more highly.
