Kaki Pope is a caring, knowledgeable clinician, well-versed in the most up-to-date technology! She assisted my husband in choosing his first pair of hearing aids, and me in upgrading mine, for a reasonable price with no interest 12-month payments! She listens to our concerns and never pushes. Her staff is friendly and competent. Its SO refreshing to reach the staff after just 1 or 2 rings, schedule an appointment, or walk-in for quick maintenance. The Audio Rehab Lab is a small, woman-owned, woman staffed business with decades of experience and is easily accessible right here in Tallahassee! *****

Kaki is a great audiologist who provides top of the line equipment. There is no pressure to buy any of the hearing aids she has there. But Ive found that what sh advises turns out to be the best choice I can make.

I have been using Audio Rehab for sometime now and I have always been more than satisfied with their service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your hearing aids and that you can distinctly hear what people are saying. If it's not quite right go in for an adjustment and they will treat you with care and patience. I would recommend anyone that has any hearing loss to visit them and see what a difference it makes in your life.

This is my 5th set of hearing aids from Audio Rehab Lab. For 15 years Kaki and her team have been a pleasure to do business with. Once during that 15 years I did go to Audiology Assoc for a 2nd opinion just to find out that they were not personable, and I discovered how being treated like just another patient felt. Not with Kaki, she is the boutique of hearing professionals, always greeting you with a smile and listening to all of your requests before diagnosing. If you like 1st class, 5 star treatment for the same price as all the rest, Kaki will provide it. You won't be sorry.
