My PCP sent a referral in for me on 12/05/22. It is now 1/10/23. Ive called and spoken with someone twice when prompted for setting up an appointment. Like many other reviewers stated, the lady that schedules appointments is busy, Ill give her your info and shell call you back. No one ever calls. Other times Ive gotten an answering machine telling me to leave name, DOB, phone and someone will contact me. Again - nothing! People - it must be nice to have so much business that you just ignore referrals. Your system is broken! You apologize to all these people and say we will share customer comments with the Leadership Team. If thats happening, what is the leadership team doing to address the appointment scheduling mess? Very frustrating!

The most inconsiderate and rude staff in Tallahassee because they think people have no where else to go. They are very unprofessional. The medical doctors are even worst.

Horrible practice. Can't get information or return calls.No follow through from nurses.Not responsive to patient needs.if there wasn't such a shortage of endocrinologist I'd change practices. Still waiting on a script for a CGM.

I've waited over three months for them to call about a referral. They called finally when I was in a meeting with my boss and I said I'd call right back. When I did, within 30 minutes, I was advised only one person that worked there could make an appointment and she was busy but they could give her a message. No call back. Next day I called again and got voicemail. No call back. Three days later, I call again. They transfer me to voicemail. No call back. Then the most amateur looking letter I've ever seen in my life arrives at my home, telling me how hard they've been trying to reach me by phone. Lolz, one call lol. I called this morning, within business hours and was told "she's not here yet, try back in a couple of hours". I call back in a couple of hours and .. you've guessed it, they are closed for the day, try back Monday. At which point I assume she will not be in yet or not available etc. And do it goes.

I wish I could rate this place as a zero! I just called today for the first time to try to make a new patient appointment and the girl that answered the phone was just as rude as she could be. She cut me off when I was trying to explain what I was coming in for and then when I said thank you she just hung up on me. Didn't say you're welcome or have a nice day or anything. I think I'll keep looking.
