        The service started out good but the crew damaged the lawn in the backyard May 2023. I sent pictures, left messages no response to this date. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this lawn service.

        I called them on Monday, Feb. 12th. They came on Tuesday and did more than I realized needed to be done. I am very appreciative for their work, and will recommend them to anyone needing their skills. Thanks again!

        I''m using ProLawns and the workers are very courteous and do a good job. They let you know by text before and after service. The best part is they provide you with a client portal to see your service schedule and you can pay on-line and it generates a receipt. I recommend them. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

      Sorry for your experience with our company. I went out to your property and saw the very small lawn mower tire mark in your back yard. The tire basically ripped the tops of the grass off in a very small area that I knew would grow back. There was no need to do anything in my assessment of the damage. Thanks for your review ma’am, it seems clear that other than this issue we were very timely on your schedule, quality service, every time you call the office u will speak to someone. You have never complained about anything else in the lengthy time we serviced your property. I knocked on your door when I came to look at the very very small tire mark but no answer. I also called onsite but again you did not answer. So damage to the back yard actually means an extremely small area. That is grown back by now. Thanks ma’am for the review
