Sad to say, I had a horrible experience with this company! There are too many details to enumerate here, so Ill just say I had to spend so much energy and time just getting them to do what I contracted for and PAID FOR! The technicians were awesome and professional, but the administration and top level employees were awful to work with really never did alleviate my problem. I was double billed for service and have reached out daily to contact them via phone but never get an answer. My average wait time on hold is 15 minutes with no contact from a customer service rep. I've also reached out via the forms for email on the website to no avail.

Avoid this company like the plague and use them at your own peril. Bad record keeping (questionable billing practices and incorrect amounts) and terrible customer service (rude and unprofessional staff) drove me away, and I cancelled my service. Unfortunatley, after canceling they refuse to stop contacting me about an outstanding balance (for the year AFTER I cancelled) and have even threatened to send me to collections despite multiple written correspondences cancelling the service. To be clear, I paid in full for the time I had them and cancelled in writing 6 months prior to the end of policy and again at the time of renewal. They just refuse to stop attempting to bill me despite the fact I am no longer a customer. Poor customer service is one thing, but they will harass you if you decide to cancel your service. Buyer beware.

We used Florida Pest Control for termite services set up by our contractor. Unfortunately, we were double-billed multiple times. I called many times to adjust, but they couldn't get it right. We used them once for Ant service, but they didn't appear. Then I received a call hours later telling me their tech came out and spoke to me about our rodent problem. I informed them we didn't have a rodent problem and no one showed up, so we left for work. We again got a past-due bill for the termite inspection that had been paid, which they credited to the wrong account. I finally fired the company and had them write us a letter stating our bill was fully paid. It's been over seven months since I fired them, only for their tech to show up last week and call me today about our appointment for termite service. Worst company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They need to find out who their customer is. No need to apologize in a response; your company doesn't know what Youre fired means
