Beautiful jewelry if you want to customize your own gift or get your loved one. She definitely made me want to come back.

        Within four days after purchase, the stones were already falling out of my rings and they do not accept returns. This is incredibly cheap jewelry and their return policy is absolute garbage. They know they have cheap products, which is why they don't want to accept returns. 100% do not recommend.

      Hi Rhiannon. Sorry to heard you did not have a good experience with us. We are working at Governor’s Square Mall since 2019 and had not much complaints. In cases we have we are here to help with an solution. In your case, you bought two rings that were on sale. Both are final sale since the price it’s really low ( $12 and $19 ) and we will not have those models anymore. We have a sign at the store saying about return policy and each bag goes with a card in saying the same thing, but you probably didn’t get a change to see it. Stones may fell out from any kind of jewelry, even real jewelry, any time. Sometimes if the ring fell may damage the jewelry it happens. Well, regardless of all this information, we always want to provide a very nice shopping experience for our customers and we will open an exceptional for you and we will make you an exchange for those rings. That way hopefully you will be happy with your experience with us and will redo this review for a positive one. Let me know if you like it and we will let the team know to make it for you.
