Mike's Pawn Shop

Went primarily f9r a dealer transfer.  Couldn't even do that right.  Selection is weak and prices are high.  The guy running the place haven't read an ATF memo since the 80s.  If you want to be held up indefinitely by some Fudd who apparently doesn't know what a Mossberg Shovkwave is or be overcharged for perhaps the saddest collection of generic and junk items this is the place for you.  Otherwise do what I'm doing and take your business elsewhere.   Truly, truly pathetic.

I have been going to Mike's for almost 30 years and have used all their services. I have bought many different types of products from the guys and sold to them an last but certainly not least pawned merchandise and every transaction I've ever done at Mikes was a positive and completely painless transaction. Never had any hint of them trying to switch my merchandise or low ball me or take advantage of me in any way. Actually it was the complete opposite. Took a laptop to them and I just wanted to borrow $200 for a week and he said, "Well, I can give you up to $500 for it". Most would've just said ok hoping I didnt pick it up and he just bought a super nice gaming laptop for $200. Anyway these guys are willing to work with you in any way they possibly can. They really try their best to get what you need and if you pawn with them they will bend over backwards to work with you so you can get your merchandise back if for whatever reason you had a hard time coming up with the cash on your maturity date. COMMUNICATION!!!! Is the key... P.S. I'm not sure why folks get mad and make up stuff about other folks. These are super honest up front and straight forward guys at Mike's. From the owners all the way down to the lowest man on the roster because I believe Mike wouldn't have it any other way. NO WAY THESE GUYS STOLE OR SWITCHED ANYONE'S MERCHANDISE. I have had an item in the pawn for almost a year at Mike's til I could finally get it paid off. So first of all they worked with me for that long and they allowed me to do payments til I got the principle paid off and they didn't tax the hell outta me for interest on all those months. I will never use another pawn shop in Tallahassee or surrounding areas if I can get to Mike's, that's where I'm going.
