        Dont ever send your jewelry off for repair. Another location sent my expensive jewelry off and lost it, blaming it on the mail carrier. The other locations manager even stated that this happens a lot before they realized what they were saying. An apology is just not good enough when youre sending prized possessions in the mail just hoping it doesnt get stolen by UPS. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

        From the moment I saw my wedding ring I knew it was the one. 2 years ago Daphne heard my excitement over the phone and as I explained how much I wanted this ring Daphne made it happen for me. I started to panic about the website, and how it showed the store only had one ring in stock but not in my size. Daphne knew exactly what ring I was speaking about.
