        Great spot. My dad works out at 850 and my family enjoys dropping in when we visit. Great coaching and programming. I wish it existed when I lived there.

        AWESOME experience! I was in town for Christmas and wanted to expose my brother (a local) to CrossFit. Rob was super helpful, an encouraging coach, and it's clear he's a solid business owner. The community was welcoming and warm. Definitely recommend for anyone dropping through Tallahassee or looking for a new gym home! Thanks so much, Rob!
