I was in Tallahassee for one month on a work trip, and had the time to finally get a workout in for the first time in a couple of months. While I had never tried F45 before, I was very glad I did while in town.
The owner is great and the diversity of the crowd really showed how welcoming the gym is. Whether folks were getting back into the swing of exercising, new to working out, or seasoned vets of cross fit style workouts, all were welcoming and kind. Couldnt recommend them enough. A+ outfit!

Love the coaches, love the energy, and I especially love not having to think about planning any workouts throughout the week! 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been a member for a year and I really like it. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable. They work with you to achieve your goals. The workouts are intense and challenging and get the job done with results!
