Very happy with my used indoor bike purchase! The bike is quality, but after taking it home I realized it needed some tuning. They scheduled someone to promptly come to my house and perform maintenance free of charge. Very happy with their customer service. Friendly and efficient. That is what you get when you go local instead of shopping online!

Would have been 5 stars, but the delivery driver and assemblers just left the treadmill box in my yard. And its a huge box. I understood that they would take all the packaging with them! I think my delivery fee should be refunded. Otherwise, they sell really high quality exercise equipment, not the cheap junk you get from the big box stores.

I own a gym in Florida and 2 weeks ago we had our first maintenance completed by Fitness Pro. Once the maintenance was completed and the company left I found numerous machines that were not inspected with loose screws that were not tightened as well as cardio equipment that wasnt inspected. The cardio equipment that was inspected they left piles of wood dust and chips on the floor after they opened the machine up. I called Matt (our local contact) to report these issues and was told its not his job to handle this but to contact Tracy. He would not give her phone number but only her email which was another red flag. I have emailed Tracy twice with no response. Tracy sent me an email 2 weeks after the maintenance with prices of things that they were told to not price and I even replied to the email she sent asking her to call me with no response. Now we are left with maintenance that wasnt completed properly and broken equipment that we cant get repaired. Beware about using this company. Weve been in business for 8 years and just decided to switch maintenance companys as this company was local and have never been given the run around like this.
