        I wonder why its so hard to cancel a membership even though I have a black card that can be anywhere. I called back in November to cancel my membership and I was told to come at the location. I explained to the girl that I was out of state and wouldnt be able to come but it seems IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the damn thing. Every time I call, fd say I have to talk to management. Management is never on site then I have to call back. I CALLED, I CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN , cant even leave a message. Now, I want to go back to the gym but I am stuck with late. payments plus late fees for more than $300 on my pf acc because it was never cancelled on their hand. I cant even resign up at another location. This is frustrating and getting on my damn nerves. PLEASE, FIX THIS.ABEG OH

        Excellent for folks just trying o stay in shape. Orientation is machines rather than pumping iron. Great choice for folks trying tosyay healthy long enough to retire.

      Hi there, Mathilda! We're sad to hear our cancellation process has caused you distress, and we seek to be as transparent as possible about it. Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods for canceling. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk, or you can mail a signed letter to your home club directly. To cancel your membership by mail, all you would need to do is place a signed letter in a stamped envelope in your mailbox and address it to your home club. As for the contents of the letter, we ask that you put your name, the reason for canceling, contact information, and your written signature. We'd recommend sending your letter via certified mail so that you have a receipt of mailing it. We'd also like to take a look into your cancellation concerns. We kindly ask that you send us an email at [email protected] with your review attached and more details so that we can look into this further. Thank you!
