        You never know who will be in your drive thru. Current shift manager must be a terrible manager on morning shift on 9 April to have to yell to motivate her shift . As a customer, I should not hear the manager berating her staff about labeling items while her staff is servicing customers in the drive thru. I'm pretty sure she isn't driving production in anyway by berating her morning shift. I hope this manager behavior isn't inline with Wendy's employee conduct. The little sweet black lady working the window was ensured my needs were met and she didn't with a smile.

        1st off they had me sitting in drive-thru at the speaker for 5 minutes then when I get to the window after 4 more mins told me they're having technical difficulties and to drive back around. The line was too damn long at this point.
