Eric is the worst lawyer I have ever seen and this office is not a place to trust.

I have had the honor and pleasure of working with Max, Eric and Sandie. This firm and the staff are so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered and in a way that I understood fully. Eric and Max went to bat for me in mediation and were relentless on making sure that I didn't have to sacrifice the things that were important to me and my children, These men not only know their jobs, and do them extremely well, they are both peace bringing humans. They care about their clients and THAT IS RARE!!! Divorce is not easy......it's ugly and messy, but Max Factor Law does everything they can to ease the process for you. I thought I had hired a good divorce attorney until mediation. A week before court I had to update my case with him in his office. He was anxious to end this case since I had paid 200.00 an hour , 20 dollar phone calls an 30 dollar e mails numerous months. He charged me for a e mail informing me my ex-attorney had died.After Mediation I was left with 600.00 of my State retirement check to pay my expenses, $300.00 child support for a 29 year old woman that get disability, substantial lump sum to be paid by QUDRO out of my IRA. After approx. 5 months he was dismissed from case failure to transfer money to exwife.Mr. Factor cost me a lot of money I should not had to pay,Beware future client u may be next.

Mr Factor and his team were extremely professional and well prepared for every issue I encountered with my divorce proceedings . The family atmosphere was much appreciated and definitely made the stress of the divorce easier to navigate . Thank you Max, Eric, and especially Ms Sandie.
