Our custody battle lasted for almost two years, and, finally, resolved favorably for me and our child avoiding the final trial. I cannot imagine that any attorney in Tallahassee other than Bryan Hesser would stay patiently by my side in a very specific case listening, advising, and advocating calmly but persistently for my child going through four hearings and mediation. First we won a favorable temporary outcome, - the time, which allowed my kid to go through a GI treatment he needed and to grow mentally and get ready for spending more time with his father, as well as for our parental conflict to calm down. Then, during the exchange of offers time, Bryan trusted me to decide on when and what I wanted to do, but at the same time directing wisely and advising constantly. Finally, all work paid off, and we were able to secure a very good timesharing agreement, which needed to be drafted quickly. I cannot put into words to express the amount of gratitude. I owe to Liebenhaut Law for years I Fault for my disability With several doctors saying I needed to be disabled yet I was turned down three separate occasions. Once I attain Help from Liebenhaut Law everything started falling into place. They were so kind constantly keeping me updated by email or by phone calls. Every single person I encountered was the kindest and most understanding we had a court date set and my team got me what I deserved for years.
