It took 30 minutes to get thru the line that was hideously long only to arrive at the window with slugs with no smile for cashiers. We had to wait 10 minutes to get 2 checks cashed. Where are the friendly and efficent cashiers that used to call us by name? Where's the customer service?

Best advice I can give you is always check your receipt before you driving off. Ive been dealing with this bank for years and today because humans to make mistakes a mistake was made with my deposit. When I called the bank a young lady that was very pleased with her herself identified herself as the head teller pretty much treated me like I was a liar. Then she proceeded to tell me that the person was gone for the day and it would be a day or two before they could verify that the deposit was done incorrectly. I was very insistent And went over her head. To the branch manager who said that she would do a recount but it would take 30 minutes. Thankfully it did not take that long and everything worked out. Again always check your receipt and be persistent. And dont let the teller head teller just brush you off
