        Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend this location or actually Wells Fargo in general any longer. Sad how much theyve gone downhill.

        Not enough tellers and no will help them! Horrible courtesy, which is their business rule.

        The branch is super convenient for me and has "Premier" on the entry door. Sadly it does not live up to its name. Any time the ATM is out of action, or sometimes not, a long line of customers stand waiting with one teller doing all the work. All whilst plenty of office staff sit in their own spaces, talking, or walking around with a piece of paper in their hand. And only one teller. Every time. Poorly managed and all you get, if you are lucky, is "thank you for your patience".
