If it is possible to have an outstanding experience at a automobile service department yesterday was my day. Joe Trozzo at Capital Eurocars managed the impossible and the staff at Tallahassees Mercedes dealership did the rest. Check engine light, ABS out, rear doors wont open, all convenience service off. Mercedes is cleverwheel speed sensor goes out and they not so subtly encourage you to take the beast to the dealership. Joe took over, offered reassurance and coffee. Warren the amazingly friendly porter drove me to an appointment and two hours later shes as good as new. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring. Its usually a surprise to get what you have been promised; but to get it in an atmosphere of concern and competence, totally unexpected and completely appreciated. Thanks Joe!
