Had to edit my review. Used to be good and family owned but since they brought Eric on his attitude sucks. Hes a hothead. We had been taking vehicles to them for over ten years but his condescending behavior and inability to follow through with what he says he's going to do means they have lost us as long time customers. For reference I asked them to look at a truck and tell me what needs to be fixed and to call me with a list of the problems so we can make an informed decision. Never called then told my mother it wasn't worth putting gas in (despite it running and driving on its own power 50 miles). No evidence any diagnostics were performed. If you don't have time for your customers just say that bro. Edit: truck is still running fine several months after P3 said it wasn't worth putting gas in and that it had a blown head gasket but wouldn't explain why they thought that. Apparently they're also running insurance scams as well according to a friend.
