Boston Market

Didn't eat. Grass was 3 feet tall. Side door had a sign that said use other door. That door said drive thru only. Emailed corporate with a complaint. 3 weeks later, I've Received no response.

This is really hard to post because I personally love Boston Market, however that is not the case anymore. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to Boston Market and they arent selling dark meat yet. So after a certain time they sell dark meat? WHAT? Also, the quality has gone down drasticallyIm tired of ordering a 3 piece dark meal and receiving chicken thats dryer than a buscuit and crispier and crunchier than Popeyes Fried Chicken. Dont even get me started on how theyre almost always out of every side dishat this point, save your money (Boston Market) and close this location down so a new business can thrive. Or do better. Please.

Very dirty. The food wasn't great at all. Employee was cleaning above food and dripping water everywhere. They didn't have fresh food.

Lost my online order, and when they finally did get my food, it was inedible. The sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes look and taste like they came from a baby food jar, and the chicken was literally too dry and hard to eat

Tries to pawn off Stouffer's Mac & cheese as their own... Very disappointing. I did get a refund and the staff was nice, though.
