Allied Building Inspection Services

Our house is on the market for sale, and the possible buyers hired Allied to do the home inspection. I left for the day since i have 3 dogs and did not want my dogs to be in the way during the inspection. Upon arriving home, i noticed that the inspector pulled multiple items out of my kitchen cabinents and oven, and did not put them back. He also pulled multiple items out of my bathroom vanities and did not put them back. I was a little irrated seeing everything left out but it wasnt the end of the world. What i am most disturbed by is the fact that he spilled motor oil while looking at our tankless water heater and didnt bother to clean it up. Our garage floor is concrete so now there is a massive stain left behind from him. He broke the blindes in my master bedroom and i now have to purchase new blindes. Lastly he broke the sensor off my sliding glass doors. I have had inspections done before and i have never seen this type of behavior exhibited. Selling a house is difficult because you constantly have to have strangers in and out of your home, but i never would have guessed that the worst part of selling your home is having items throughout your home broken or ruined and the inspector not even having the decency to attempt to fix it. If anyone is looking for an inspection company i would steer clear of Allied due to their terrible employees not having respect for the home owners belongings.

This company and Its engineers/surveyors are very professional and super responsive even working on a Sunday in Miami. We had Andy doing a full 5 hour inspection on our 5,000 home in Coconut Grove and Leon doing a 3 hour Sunday inspection and mold survey. Both guys were very polite, courteous, neat, tidy and friendly. They were meticulous in their room by room survey and literally surveyed every single nook & cranny including the roof, attics and exterior patios. We would highly recommend them for both home buyers & sellers

Ive been in real estate in SC for 30 years and dealt with many home inspectors. I am looking to buy a house in Fort Lauderdale and contacted allied inspections. Paul Badics was assigned to us and did a fantastic job! Very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the issues he located.
