        I am currently trying to get a refund for an overcharge for this motel. After having no internet or tv for two days of a three day stay I was promised a credit for one night. Now when I got the bill, I'm charged More for the three nights than the reservation! And no credit in sight.

      Sir, we explained that is was an authorization that happens at checkin, and if it is indeed a DEBIT card it could take 3-4 weeks for you to see the credit. If it is a CREDIT card, it can be 1-2 weeks. We have sent you on multiple occasions your final bill. We appreciate your patience and please check your receipt, again.
