Its where I plan to stay the have good security and evening access if you are able to catch one thats open. I walked in, got exactly what I wanted for a good price and I wont shop for a unit for a long time. Im locked in (pardon the pun).

I needed to have some items removed from my home to a storage facility about a mile from my home. The truck came more than 2 hours late. When they arrived, the movers never asked where or how I wanted items placed, as movers usually do. Items were placed where they can't be reached, labeled boxes turned backwards so they can't be read. I am elderly and can't pick up heavy items, so I asked to have them placed on tables. Instead, heavy items are on the floor. When I called to ask the manager to correct the situation, asking only for a few minutes of time, I was told that I would have to pay 150.00. The original contract was for 3 hours, (525.00) but the entire move only took one hour. I feel that the moving company ought to compensate me by having one man come for a short time to rectify the situation.
Never trust what the agent tells you. There are far better moving companies in Spring Hill. Don't use this one.
