I had a problem with my own car but had good insurance which covered a rental. Enterprise rented me a Mazda SUV and I loved that car and Enterprise worked seamlessly with my insurance company for a month! I dropped the car off when my car was done, no fuss no muss! I always use Enterprise when I need a car.

I recently rented a car from the Sebring location and my first encounter was great. However About a week after my first encounter I reserved another rental and had gotten confirmation. Well when I went to pick it I waited nearly an hour and a half for the girl to come a day oh yeah sorry we don't have any vehicles left. I was very upset but what could I do so I went and reserved another one on at a different location and once again I got confirmation low and behold I get there and they to tell me sorry we have no cars. Well I booked yet again figuring 3 times the charm for the next day so they would have time to make sure a car would be available and I requested a pick up as I would need a ride to come get the car. Well they never came to get me I called and they said oh we don't see any pick up and it wouldn't matter cause we don't have any cars available anyway so now I have been stranded no vehicle and no one from Enterprise is doing anything about it they have just sent it under the rug like it is no big deal
