I have had good luck IN PERSON here, but one can never get through on the phone, and finally someone in the Phillipines answers. I just needed a document signed. I really didn't need to tie anyone up for more than about 5 minutes, but the website tried to make an appointment 1 week out. I'm going to try to go IN PERSON and see what happens. wish me luck!

I've dealt with this branch twice. First was two years ago when a $5000 deposit was lost for 3 days. Second, was today with the "Business Manager" who is apparently the "expert" on business documents for not only Florida, but the whole country and for all banks. this after receiving a phone call confirming an appointment time change followed by an email with the WRONG appointment time and then another phone call about the documents I was bringing. So, 30+ relationship with Wells Fargo OVER.

Came in to get Divorce papers notarized. Lady at the desk said lobby was full come back another day. Really? I have my money in this bank and I can't get Divorce papers notarized a free service to the customer because the lobby was full. I'm a truck driver and I'm home 4 days a month. I don't have time to come back another day. I was going to open a business account but with how I was treated when I wanted to get a form notarized, that's not going to happen. I guess I'll open accounts at Bank of America maybe they will treat me better.
