David is originally from Ohio but decided to escape the cold winters and move to Sunny Pensacola Florida in 2007, and then in order to be closer to his family, he made the move from Pensacola to Sarasota in 2018. It was then David made the decision to get into real estate. With him having relocated, he understands the needs of buyers moving to the area and prides himself in finding the home of their dreams. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and financial service sectors, much of the skills and knowledge he has acquired will easily transition into his new real estate venture.

As a real estate professional, David understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience. David spends his free time enjoying all that Florida has to offer. From outdoor activities like paddleboarding, biking, and enjoying the beaches of Lido and Siesta Key, to visiting local entertainment venues.
