Had the Worst experience ever.
Stay away from this office.
While trying to communicate to fix issues we had with the house we bought their response was stop harassing my agents, stop emailing them how we are supposed to fix the problem they said they will fix if this is how they treat people??
Our emails were very not disrespectful but we wanted what they promised instead they bully us and left us with many problems in our house.
AGAIN STAY AWAY.

Being that I used Coldwell Banker on every transaction throughout my life on a personal and commercial level, this recent experience with the St Armand's team was horrific. Their insulting and bullying practices particularly on the part of Ellen O'Day and Monica Verinder was beyond acceptable. I have spent millions of dollars in commissions over the past 40 years and would never use CB again. Kudos St Armand's team!!

I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Sarasota. We have a highly successful office, and the most experienced and knowledgeable agents in the area. Our sales volume has reached over $1B this year, making it the #1 office in Florida. I have worked in other offices and this is the best place to be!
