This is the best yoga class I have taken in Florida. Beautiful view on the water and such a great workout! Susan is a wonderful teacher that is so encouraging helping to boost strength, flexibility and endurance. Practicing yoga in nature provides me with a sense of calm and tranquility promoting such a positive mindset!

Susan is a great instructor! Ive been doing yoga for years and really enjoy her class. Its a warm and welcoming environment laid back and very friendly. Great for all experience levels!

Susan is a thoughtful yoga instructor who provides individual attention and cares about the progress of her students. She brings awareness to each persons form and purposely manages class size to devote that level of attention. Susan also brings a sense of fun to her class, making sure each person feels comfortable and has a positive experience overall.

I do chair yoga with Susan twice a week and get as much out of it as I do the outside no chair class. Thanks to Susan and Yoga I am learning to relax and breathe.

I met Susan Levin by chance and immediately felt comfortable. She is that easy to engage with. That is what we all want in a yoga class,, particularly if, like me, youre still somewhat of a novice. There is a good sense of humor that comes with this comforting environment. And a little good- natured humor feels about right when learning poses and how to really stretch. In only about five sessions, Ive decently progressed pretty well. Treat yourself to safe and challenging- enough yoga with Susans guidance.
