        As long as you have an appointment, they are fantastic at getting you in and out. Huge shoutout to Carl. Very knowledgable about products and extremely helpful. While waiting to get my phone repaired, we had a very lovely string of conversations. Almost forgot I was getting my phone fixed. Kyle is great as well, always greets me with a positive and welcoming attitude. I've never had a bad experience at this store :)

        Some of employees of Apple Store send customers to buy iPhone accessories at a kiosk outside named Zagg.Are they employees of Zagg or Apples?Do they know that are more than one kiosk in the mall with better quality,more logic prices and variety of colors and products that served more better to customers to protect their IPhones? What kind of monopol they pretend to install in UTC Mall,using the pockets of the customers?The manager of this store needs to be fair with people that working honestly and hard to help customers of Apple products to protect them. Employees must be educated in the job site to be honest and correct.Thank you for your help.
