CVS sales associate was extremely helpful. Addressed me positively when I was ready to check out. Applied all rewards and coupons as I requested as I had two separate orders. I will definitely return to this CVS.

No stars, once again but they made me, lol. This pharmacy has the most impolite, incompetent pharmacy technicians I have ever seen. Not to mention the slowest. There is a newer tech here, a young man, not sure of his name, he seems great but the woman techs Ive encountered are completely ill-mannered and just completely rude, smh. While Ive been waiting for my sons prescription because of the text they sent me saying it would be ready, and is not, now itll be another hour I literally witnessed one guy leave, then a woman leave because of the wait, had a whole conversation about how terrible this place has becomes and I overheard one of the woman techs on the phone. The amount of unpleasantness in her voice was disturbing.. I understand there might be a shortage of staff or prescriptions on hand, but there is definitely a right way and a wrong way to talk to people. If youre not happy with your job as a pharmacy technician, then you should definitely think about your career choice in life and change your occupation. I definitely will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible which really stinks because Ive been coming here for years.. UPDATE: everyone else seems to have left for the evening and it is 5:55. I literally got here at 4:07, smh.

If I could rate it lower I would. I was told by the automatic phone service it was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and told it was red flagged so I would have to come back three hours later. Called before I went back and was told it would be another two and a half hours. I understand they are short staffed but rude and very dismissive same associate both times. If there is a choice I would avoid this location like the Plague. I have done business with CVS for over 20 years and they were great but I am moving my business to another pharmacy
