DriPro restored my unit to dry, clean, mold free condition after a pipe break next door. Personnel were very easy to work with, took time to explain the process, and told me what I should expect and when. The renovation went well tanks to this company. I highly recommend them if you have a emergency that requires water extraction.

We just recently closed escrow on a great little condo in PCB. Before having the chance to move in completely I received a call from the HOA saying there's problem with water leaking from somewhere in building and it may be coming from my unit. I arrived at the condo as soon as possible to find that the professionals from Dri Pro Restoration were already on site and were working on the situation. The Dri Pro team was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in handling those types of situations and they already had commercial dehumidifiers in place and in operation by the time that I arrived. A very nice lady, Esther, and her team of professionals had already removed a section of drywall exposing a baseboard nail hole in the washing machine drain pipe that could be adding to the bigger problem. A brand new washer and dryer had been delivered, installed and tested about five days prior and I had been out of town and the unit vacant since.. The HOA had sent out a plumbing company and their employee said that the amount of water that was entering the lower units could only be coming from a fresh water pipe that's under pressure hidden somewhere in the building but it would be a good idea to replace all the plumbing in that area of my condo while the section of wall is open. While being spared the vast majority of water damage, the lower units seemed to have received the results of the flooding from the yet unknown source of pressurized water. However, Esther and her team of professionals had already turned off the water leading to the units and they were already at work drying out the lower units and in the early stages of restorations. I'm sure that most all homeowners and all those having commercial buildings would not like to be faced with such disasters but if ever experiencing types of situations that require damage control and restoration I would highly recommend calling the experienced professionals at Dri Pro Restoration.
