Highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional, timely, and clean mold remediation. They do an exceptional job and are very thorough in their work - which is what you need when it comes to dealing with black mold! Do not trust these people with your home. Im not sure if they just saw a dumb, young girl to take advantage of, but I was very displeased with their service. They came in and pulled up flooring in my living room floor (2 layers of flooring) without asking or warning me. The leak/problem was in the kitchen, not the living room. The flooring is continuous to the entire home except the kitchen. The kitchen flooring needed to be replaced anyway bc thats where the source of the problem was. So now, Im looking at needing to replace all of the flooring in my home. We had another contractor come out who was confused with their work. He questioned why they had multiple pieces of equipment (dehumidifiers and fans) if theyd already pulled up flooring. Why salvage something that needs to come up now anyway?? Seems they were just trying to maximize what they could charge my insurance. Thanks to this team, a small easy fix turned into a nightmare that still hasnt been resolved, 2 months later. This has incredibly impacted my mental health. I normally dont leave reviews but if I can save even one person from going through what Im going through, I will take the time to leave this review. I really hope they dont treat the rest of their customers like this.
