Other than the change in rental rates I am quite satisfied with the facility and the personnel. A few months back Move-It storage changed the online payment system. I was having issues with it and decided to go by the office and pay in person. The site representative was very helpful and assisted me in getting everything worked out. She was able to calm my worries and got me on my way in a timely fashion. In fact that is the only reason I am still using this location.

I had a unit for several years. Kira was the best manager ever. She was always a pleasure to deal with. Friendly , efficient and went above and beyond. I would love to hire her.

A few months before i moved to Florida i had called Move It storage and spoke to Kira about renting a spot for my trailer. She held a spot for me and even kept in touch with me before i moved. Kira is friendly, professional and does an awesome job managing the property. I really feel like i can trust my property being stored here because Kira does such a great job..

In fact that is the only reason I am still using this location.
