Another month is here still waiting, waiting, waiting..for our windows..2021, 2022,2023, ….next month is 2024….they have our money ( 100 % pre-paid). And they have our windows…we were complete fools for ever even thinking about these window pukes for replacement windows !

Been waiting for our windows since 2021..another year is past … 2022.. 2023..almost 2024…hopeless waste of a PREPAID contract…hope they try to their attorney on us …would be fun to hear their side of this fiasco !

On Jan.25, 2022, I signed a contract with Window World to replace the Windows in my small house, 10 windows. Well, here we are June 14th 2023, a year and 5 months later and they still haven’t finished. When you call, they won’t return your calls. When they realize you only paid half up front, then they will call. Promise you that it’s will get done ASAP. Then months of silence. Start over, schedule install, no show. So, finally this week they started a bullying campaign. Had a lawyer send me a letter saying I have 10 days to pay. Still they have not finished the original correct windows. I didn’t say the Windows were Wrong, Window World said the Windows were wrong. I never canceled an appointment, never refused a call from them. They just suck at customer service. They never return your calls in a timely manner. Shop Window World at you own risk. Im sure there are those who have used them and think they are great. If they treated everyone like they have treated me, they wouldn’t be in business. Wanna risk it? They promised they would be here Monday to remeasure the window (4th time) . Let’s see how that goes.

After finally setting up the door from last August, we get the wrong door. They keep telling us it s the door we ordered. We are going to order the right door from a reputable company and spend more money when we are ready. I am so unhappy with this company , either the salesman screwed up which I doubt because I pointed to the door I wanted and he wrote down the exact number. When the door came I finally go t the manager. big whop he didnt care at all . Kept telling me I got the right door. Didnt care how unhappy I was . Didn't care at all. Just rushed me off the phone. Only one shipping manager cared but he couldnt do anything. I am very unhappy but I'm living with it. There are worse things going on in this world and I am lucky to have a door. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Use a smaller company who hopefully will care....
