They just replaced our front window and I can't say enough good things about them! For everyone saying they're expensive, yes, our window was very pricey however, the people before us had custom windows. We called multiple places and they were unable to match the window for us. We called Diamond Glass company and they came out and said they could help us. Again yes, it was expensive, but with no other options, we went ahead with it. We were told it would take about 5 days for the window to come in and after we didn't hear anything, we followed up with them. They told us that they had received a window pain in that day but they rejected it. This happened one other time. My first reaction was to be a little annoyed because I really didn't care about a scratch or two. Then when I thought about how much we were spending, I appreciated that they wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. The two gentlemen that came over, and I'm sorry I don't have their names, were amazing! Took out the old window, put in the new one, cleaned it and we're done in a matter of 15 to 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend them even if you're worried that they may be a little more expensive.

Todd came out Friday afternoon to replace 2 panes of glass that were broken due to a fire.
He did an excellent job, was very personable and trustworthy. Most people that I have to use always make me feel at their mercy, I'm sure that I've been over charged many times, the worst being air conditioner technicians.
I'm 75 years old, a wid5with a lot of health issues, having suffered a stroke years ago.
I live on social security and can barely sustain y self.
I'll definitely recommend your company to friends who may be in need of your services.

They replaced all the glass in every window of my home and did an outstanding job! 4 years later, had some additional work done and again outstanding work, service and professionalism. Hard to find these days so Im happy to share this 5 star experience.

Horrible customer service.
I called them the first week explaining my project - they said they would look into it and get back to me. Called them the second week because I hadnt heard from them and asked if I should come into their office to see the glass/frame options - they said yes. Made time to go in the third week and I picked out what I wanted - the next day I followed up with another phone call becasue I was still waiting on a quote - they finally sent one. In the fourth week, I followed up with a question in an email - no response again. Called the fifth week and was told they dont do the kind of job I was requesting. I asked why then did they not tell me that a month ago and why would they have provided a quote for something they dont do? She said the manager would give me a call. Of course, I recieved no call.
