Dr. Edwards is a most kind and considerate person. He will never talk you into unnecessary procedures like the big Dental franchises might do. The entire staff is pleasant and friendly making it good experience altogether.

Had a crown fall out today (Thursday), and even though this office was kind enough to get me in today, the forms they need you to fill out beforehand (new patient) is a nightmare! Like 10+ pages. The problem was I only had 1 hour to get there on time, and spent 30 minutes filling out their forms and still couldn't finish in time. When the office called me back to let me know it would be out of pocket, I let her know how frustrated I was with the process and swore about my computer and she replied with "I don't appreciate being sworn at." I wasn't swearing AT her and but I did after that and hung up. Employees need to be more sympathetic and learn to difuse a situation. It seems everyone is on the defensive these days and I just wish employers would spend more time teaching good customer service skills.

I just had a new patient check up and a cleaning done at this office. Every single person was friendly and patient. The hygienist I had, Terry, was gentle, informative, and accommodating. The doctor was nice and came in after the cleaning and he also was very helpful. I had some trepidations about going to the dentist and they made me feel at ease. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Quality staff and service.
