        I had to Uber here the other day because I didnt have a vehicle at the time to pick up the Uhaul truck to get some furniture for my new apartment. I booked a reservation online for 4:45pm I called to make sure I could pick up same day. I was told they are open and I wouldnt have any issues. I showed up on time and the store was closed and locked. I knocked on the door and called several times. I had to wait 45 minutes for a ride home. At 5:10pm one of the workers came outside I told him I have been waiting and I had a reservation that I already paid for. He told me I couldnt get my truck today he had already closed and it took too long to get the computer back on and left me stranded.
