I rented a 22ft penske. I showed up and received a 26ft. I was not prepared for this but took it with stride. The representative was not confident in my driving capability and made it aware. I rented a hand truck (utility dolly) and it was not worth the truck. I was told I needed to call a number to locate one or get a refund. I called the number and had to go out of my way to the dolly. The side view mirrors were rusty and hard to see or of. The radio display did not work unless it was dark out. Now the drive from st pete to Ohio. The truck did not go faster than 55 mph for more than 90% of the trip, which meant there was issues and I spent more in diesel had than expected. The trip took 5 hours longer than expected. The driver did did not lock. The driver weather buckle was all but broke. I will never rent a penske again. 1st time experience.
