They dont open when they say their hours are. Ive tried to go twice now to return something before the 21 days are up and now I wont be able to so Im very annoyed.

Rachel was amazing. So helpful, patient, kind, and efficient! We came in for 7 piercings total, and she handled them all like a pro.

I was going to get a ring resized. They are not taking repairs at this time....or maybe never. Wasted trip.
