I had no questions about anything. All questions I would have had were answered. James was transparent, polite, quick, and knowledgeable. I would recommend to any and all. Renting here is quite the painless process.

Online booking very easy just had a small issue with the rental agreement towards the end. Went to the office area and Aaron was very nice and informative of the policies and procedures every step of the way. He even walked me to my storage unit and showed me how to use their cylinder locks since I have never used one before. The facility is very clean and air conditioning feels amazing after being in the heat moving my stuff! You dont have to worry about security or the homeless population in the area as they have a zero tolerance for any of that and every entrance and hallways have security cameras on the property! Absolutely recommending this location to anyone looking for a storage unit in the future!

I have been here for 5 months corporate upped my rent $100!! Douche move. Only reason you got an extra star is because your nice front desk staff. Do better. Upping my rent after 8-12, I get it but 5?! I will not recommend to family or friends.
