Dakota helped us find our dream home! We were introduced to Dakota through a mutual friend who also had raving reviews about her. We had actually met once or twice before through other mutual friends as she is a local to Longboat Key, and the Sarasota/Bradenton area. We were looking for a permanent residence on Longboat Key after the many years of participating in winter rentals. She was extremely thorough and coached us through the process of looking at, and eventually buying an apartment. Dakotas had the ability to take our wants and wishes and provide us with many different viewing options to ensure our confidence in what we wanted in a new permanent residence. Dakota was dedicated to finding us a place we could retire to. She was extremely knowledgable on all the quirks to condo living- HOAs, communal shared spaces, as well as other insights to consider when living in a condominium. She was also very knowledgeable about the area, which gave us confidence as the buyers that ultimately we were making the right investment. I really felt that through the process of buying a new apartment, Dakota cared for us as the buyers. I cant recommend her enough!
