We rented a location on Treasure Island Florida. One of the bedrooms was infested with insects that appeared to be bedbugs. We reported it to tech travel. They sent a rep that examined the room. They confirmed the bugs resembled bedbugs. We were given the option to leave the facility for 6 to 8 hours so they could treat the facility or find somewhere else to stay. We were offered a refund for the days left on our lease. We were not offered compensation for the inconvenience of washing our belonging to avoid carrying the insects back home. We were not offered any compensation in the event the new location to complete our vacation costs more than the Tech Travel. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. Tech Travel response called us SCAM ARTISTS trying to get a vacation and compensation for free. I am a retired school administrator. My family are educators. The office manager accused us of brings the insects from Indiana. I am appalled by the way we were treated. Beware! Stay away!

The owner is wonderful and has a ton of listings which allows for lots of flexibility. He really helped us figure out the best place for what we were looking for. It was an amazing stay in Pass-a-grille.

We had an awesome vacation with the help of TechTravel. First class accomodations. The property was immaculate with a heated pool. TechTravel made sure we had everything we needed for a restful, stress free week.

I just recently stayed in a beautiful home thanks to Tech Travel. Me and my family stayed in Pass-a-grille. We were just a quick minute walk away from the wonderful beach and adorable town. The house itself was absolutely incredible. It was very clean and came with great supplies including sand toys and helpful beach things like chairs, an umbrella, and a great wagon thing that carried all our stuff, which made the trip to and from the beach effortless! The house had very comfortable furniture inside and outside. Our private pool was heated perfectly. A worker from tech travel even came to clean it for us in the middle of our week to make sure it was better than ever! We got many good restaurant recommendations from Brandon, the owner, who was wonderful to work with. We also rented a golf cart that was the perfect addition to our vacation. We went everywhere with it! This area had such good restaurants, activities, beaches, and sunsets. This company is professional and efficient, We will definitely be booking again with Tech Travel!
