        I visited your establishment on Monday, February 12, 2024, and made a purchase exceeding $600. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. However, I was informed that my pants and jacket would be ready by 7:00 PM the following day, Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Despite driving 20 minutes to collect my items, I discovered that they had not even been started. No compensation or gesture was offered for this oversight. I am disappointed by the lack of good customer service displayed by your company in rectifying a mistake made by one of your employees. My frustration stems not from the employee's error, but from the absence of any effort to mitigate the situation.
