While the Doc himself was great, the NEW office is a whole other story! I could NOT believe how MANY people were in there all at the same time! It reminded me & my hubby of the DMV! It was that packed! Honest to God, there were LITERALLY OVER 50+ people in there at one time, all squished together & no one hardly wore a mask either! When we walked in they had employees walking around all the people, taking everyone's name down! I thought we were signing in-NOPE! They were SO behind that after 2 WHOLE HOURS, we STILL were NOT called to even check in! My husband had a bad sciatica with severe nerve pain & he had to eventually lay down in the car! After 2 & 1/2 hr of absolutely nothing, no calling our name, no paperwork, we just left! It's not worth it!!!! I just couldn't get over how MANY people they packed into that office, it was that ridiculous! How are they supposed to HELP others, when they book SOOOOO closely together? How can you have a detailed conversion with the doc, if there's 50 other people waiting to see them too! How is that helping! It looks more like a pill mill, then a professional office! We ALSO tried to call while waiting OVER 2 hrs & THEY NEVER EVER PICKED UP, THEY NEVER PICK UP! IT'S ALWAYS A MACHINE! THEY ARE VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF TOO! With a place that busy, it seems to me that it's ALL about money, NOT helping the patient! They never even called us back! Being a Verified Reviewer, I dislike giving bad reviews, but this was just too much & NOT the atmosphere we feel comfortable in! I DON'T want a doc that doesn't even have the time to talk to me, let alone answer their phone! Offices do NOT work like this! I ONLY hope they listen & make the proper adjustments for the office & their patients!!!!!! I've also spoken with 3 different people of various ages! THEY SAID THE EXACT SAME THINGS AS ME-SUPER RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES, ALWAYS OVER BOOKED, TONS OF PEOPLE & THEY'RE VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF! I'm not the only one who feels this way! Right now, I would definitely NOT recommend anyone going there! I do hope they change! But for us, we will NEVER be going back there! In fact, my hubby & I looked for another specialist & he already had surgery, Monday the 23rd! He needed help badly! The new doctor found exactly what was going on immediately & EVEN SAID HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK OTHERS SOOOO LONG TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON!?
