My new insurance group, led me to Dr Albert, it is very pleasant at this location, Dr Albert is great and all office team are wonderful to deal with.

I made an appointment almost 4 months ago at this location . I asked the receptionist for an address and wrote it down in my files. I went to this address. It turned out to be the wrong place. The very very amazing nice receptionist at that doctors office called baycare and let them know I was five minutes away. They told her that I still had my appointment and to come on over. When I arrived in the parking lot, I received a call from bay care Telling me that my appointment had been canceled, and that the next available appointment was at 2 PM. She also mentioned that it was their fault that the address was not updated on the website I dont know why they dont change that, and that the receptionist told me the incorrect address. All she could do was is apologize. I live in Wesley Chapel choose to go to Saint Pete doctors Because the quality is a lot better than The doctors around my area. I let her know about My hour and 45 minute drive and I work from 11-10 mon-fri thats why I made the appointment so early. and again all she said is all I can do is apologize. She then stated Im working with you by getting you in today as if she was doing me a favor Im sorry but please do not go to this office. To save you the frustration and stress. I left very very angry and frustrated. CHOOSE ANOTHER OFFICE. I will be reporting.

This is the worst Dr office I have been to in my 47 years. I had an infection in my leg that retired antibiotics. Dr Alpert prescribed doxy which seemed to help. The infection/swelling had gone down some through my 10 days of being on them but was still present. I requested a refill until I could get back in to see the doctor the following week. My request was reviewed but unanswered. I called in on Monday to see what the issue was and the woman said she would escalate it to his assistant Catherine. Again no response. I called back on Tuesday and a different lady said that they reviewed the request but decided to wait for my upcoming appointment. 5 days of having an active infection seems to be okay for this place. I would skip this practice if you are looking for good healthcare.
