Affiliated Health Clinics

Went here today to start working on treating my sinus issues. Dr. Spencer Threw helped me, he was very kind and understanding. The place was very nice and clean. Everyone and everything was great. The only thing that was not good was the receptionist, she was rude from the moment I got there. She had a natural essence of just pure negativity. Then when it was time to leave, Dr. Spencer Threw told me to ask the receptionist for the referral to the ETN Specialist. So I asked her nicely for that and then they had problems printing the paper for me. I was patient and she had a bad attitude and was confused what I was asking for. I explained it clearly and very politely, she started talking to me like I was stupid. Dr. Spencer Threw had to do the receptionists job for her and give me a paper with the referred specialist. A receptionist is the first person you speak to when you go somewhere and you dont want to be greeted with negativity, a bad attitude and utter disrespect. Everything was awesome except for that receptionist!

I would recommend Affiliated Health Clinics to everyone. This isnt just a doctors office they treat you like family especially the receptionists theyre wonderful. I had anxiety problems really bad once I started seeing Dr. Threw he helped me out so much with overcoming my problems.
